Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

Products and pricing

We try to show accurate descriptions, images and prices, but errors can occur. We may correct errors, update listings and cancel orders affected by a pricing or availability error, with a full refund. Product images are for illustration, and packaging may vary.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the item. We may refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, stock issues or other reasons. Taxes are added where required.

Shipping and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy are part of these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, scrape it without permission or use it for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

Disclaimers

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law or provided by the manufacturer. Consult product labels for ingredients, allergens and safe use.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pivox LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
